Healthify+
Healthify is an in-house mobile application designed to help doctors and nurses track patients’ health in real time. The goal was to provide a seamless, intuitive interface where medical professionals could monitor vitals, review reports, and communicate treatment instructions efficiently.

The Challenge
In busy hospital environments, doctors often lack complete, up-to-date patient information until they physically visit the patient. This leads to delayed decisions and fragmented communication between doctors, nurses, and attendants.
The challenge was to design a real-time, connected interface that would bridge this communication gap while remaining simple, secure, and medically reliable.
The Approach

We began by mapping out the healthcare workflow to understand how doctors and nurses interact with patient data throughout the day. From there, we identified moments where real-time data visibility and faster feedback loops could make the biggest impact.
The Solution
The final design enables doctors to:
Instantly view patient vitals and health summaries on a unified dashboard.
Prescribe medications and give instructions remotely, which nurses and attendants can view in real time.
Access historical data trends and alerts for abnormal readings.
